UNFINISHED blurs the line between making and unmaking.
UNFINISHED is BAA’s annual, non-juried exhibition. Admission is open to the first 36 artists who apply by June 30th. Apply now: forms.gle/UYtVEdy2D3SWZGgG7
Participating artists may drop off one piece of 2-D or 3-D work to the West Stockbridge Historical Society on Thursday, July 9 between 3-6pm. There is no fee to apply. Artists are asked to provide their own display easel.
There’s something so intimate and compelling about unresolved, open-ended work.
Work that is finished yet incomplete; a means but not an end.
UNFINISHED allows you to see beyond the surface of the work and into the creative process and psychological state of the maker.
UNFINISHED holds a unique kind of beauty, free from error.
