The BAA Fellowship recognizes college-level achievement in art with an annual exhibit and cash awards.

Call for Entries 2012
For College Art Students from or studying in Berkshire County, MA.

The Berkshire Art Association will award $5,000 in fellowships and prizes to college art students in 2012. Artwork will be selected for exhibition.
 
ELIGIBILITY:  Only currently enrolled Berkshire college art students (Freshmen-Seniors), specifically:

  • Berkshire County, MA, residents or Berkshire high school graduates currently enrolled in art in any college
  • Non-resident art students currently enrolled in a Berkshire County, MA, college


ENTRY is by CD and the attached BAA Fellowship form.

WINNERS will have specific works selected for the 2012 BAA Fellowship Show at the LICHTENSTEIN CENTER FOR THE ARTS, 28 Renne Avenue, Pittsfield, MA.  Any work submitted on the CD should be available for the BAA Fellowship Show.

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • ENTRY DEADLINE........... March 3, 2012
  • Notification........... By March 10, 2012
  • DELIVERY of work ........... By appointment - April 9 (SAT), 11 (MON), 12 (TUES), 13 (WED)
  • BAA Fellowship Show........... April 19 - May 19, 2011 -  (Hours WED - SAT, Noon - 5 p.m.)
  • AWARDS Reception........... April 21, (SAT) 2012,
    5 - 7 p.m., Awards presented at 6 p.m.
  • PICK-UP of work............By appointment: May 19 (SAT-after 5 pm), 20 (SUN), 21 (MON), 2012
